QuEChERS D-SPE Kits also called dispersive-SPE, is a sample preparation technique that has recently become more popular in the area of multi-residue pesticides in food and agricultural products.
QuEChERS purification tube includes adsorbent, anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and corresponding 2mL and 15mL centrifuge tubes.
Hawach Scientific has centrifuge tubes and vials in bulk quantities, every pack has standard amounts of salts and SPE sorbents to support normal common methods. QuEChERS dispersive SPE kits can save time by analyzing more times for individual materials. You can also choose the matching ceramic homogenizer.
The Dispersive is the further purification of equal organic compounds, not like the traditional way of using SPE tubes, What we call dispersive SPE is facilitated by mixing bulk amounts of SPE with extract, after sample cleanup, the mixture was centrifuged and supernatant which can directly either be analyzed or be subjected to minor to do next to treat before analyst.
