Description of Spherical SAX Flash Columns
Bonding quaternary ammonium functional groups are often used to analyze the compounds with the negative charge. The loading volume of Flash and HPLC is very different. Since SAX flash columns are usually used for pre-purification, high resolution is not a priority factor, so the loading volume is often higher than that of HPLC. In HPLC, the main purpose is to obtain the highest purity material, so the baseline must be separated.
