Sterile glass fiber syringe filters remove particles and bacteria from liquids, gases, oils, beverages, wines, etc., and glass fiber syringe filters can also be used for particle and bacteria inspection. Glass fiber filters used in the medical industry require autoclaving water injections and large infusions to filter particles.
The glass fiber membrane has a capillary structure and can absorb more water than the equivalent cellulose membrane. It is non-hygroscopic and biologically inert. Except for hydrofluoric acid and high-concentration acid-base solution, these filter membranes can be applied to most solvents and reagents.
