Disposable Hydrophilic PVDF Syringe Filters

Hawach disposable hydrophilic PVDF syringe filters have lower protein adsorption compared to other syringe filters such as nylon, NC, and PTFE. And the syringe filters possess ultra-high water flow rates and fill rates. Therefore, they are often used for sterilization filtration of media and other protein solutions.

Description of Disposable Hydrophilic PVDF Syringe Filters

Disposable hydrophilic PVDF syringe filters membrane is a water-based and organic general-purpose filter membrane for biological use. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a widely used hydrophilic membrane. With PVDF, the low protein binding medium, this syringe filter is usually compatible with the most common solvents.

Each batch has available test reports, ISO9001, CE dual certification
Adopting a Class 100,000 cleanroom made in Germany/US imported film
Ultrasonic welding ensures that the sample is free of contamination
Protect any analytical system and extend the life of the LC column
Achieve more repeatable analysis
Quantity interrupt pricing can save more cost

Color coding through the film to be easily identified.
The Luer lock inlet provides a secure, sealed syringe connection that increases the pressure on the filter.
Excellent temperature stability allows a longer sampling range than other membranes
Integral sealing ring to avoid leakage or bursting.

Filtration of high protein recovery in general biological filtration.
