Features  of NH2 HPLC Columns

For applications in aggressive normal phase mode with an aqueous eluent
Vitamins A and D are separated in the normal-phase mode
Carbohydrates and monosaccharide can be separated in the reversed-phase mode on NH2, but not suited for the separation of compounds and sugars that contain aldehyde, carbonyl
In the low pH buffer solution, can separate some negatively charged molecules for weak anion exchange mechanism.
