Description of C8 fluorine HPLC columns

C8-Fluorine HPLC Columns’ hydrogen atom was substituted for octyl-alkanes by fluorine so that C8-Fluorine created and there are 17 Fluorine atoms. The C8-Fluorine stationary phase has high selectivity and increased retention toward alkyl compounds and halogenated aromatic, while different from octal alkyl phase.
