How to Cleaning Syringe Filters

Firstly, the distilled water is repeatedly sucked by a needle tube, and then ultrasonicated for about 20 minutes, and finally immersed in distilled water for more than 5 hours, taken out, and dried at about 40 degrees. The gasket should not be baked, and it can be dried naturally.

The syringe filters are cleaned, disinfected, and used in other high-pressure plastics (polypropylene, polyester, and polyvinylidene chloride, etc.), but polyethylene cannot be pressurized.

How to Filter Sterilize Using Syringe

A. The water is repeatedly washed ten times and dried. (What is the temperature at high pressure? After that, it has to be dried. The gasket is also used for drying. The effect of discoloration is not big. The oven temperature is usually set to 56 degrees, because EDAT is often dissolved.)
B. 1% hydrochloric acid soaked overnight (at least 6 h or more).
C. The running water is washed repeatedly ten times and then distilled twice, then the filter can be installed (the book says that the glossy side is facing up, and I have tried it down, with no problem.) High pressure or dry for use.

The syringe filters cap cannot soak the acid solution, but soak it with NaOH for 6-12 hours, or boil it for 20 minutes, install two filter membranes before packaging, and pay attention to the light side up (concave up) when installing the filter, then Loosen the screw slightly, put it into an aluminum box and sterilize it in a pressure cooker for 15 lbs for 30 minutes, then dry it for later use. Note that the screw should be tightened immediately when it is taken out of the clean bench.

Storage of Syringe Filter

The storage process is simple, it only needs to be stored at room temperature and under a dry environment, and it is better to avoid direct sunlight and keep off from the fire.
