PES Membrane Pleated Filter Cartridge

Hawach PES membrane pleated filter cartridge is made of asymmetric sulfonated polyethersulfone membrane (PES) as a filter medium and is made by hot melt welding of the whole structure. No adhesive, no dielectric peeling phenomenon. The filter core 100% is tested through strict integrity to ensure product performance.

Characteristics:

The PES pleated filter cartridge’s inner membrane has unique hydrophilicity and does not contain any surfactants or surface-wetting agents. The accuracy of absolute filtration is 100%.

High filtration efficiency, high flux, especially low adsorption rate of protein no media shedding phenomenon, in line with the pharmaceutical and food industry standards good chemical compatibility, a wide range of applicable PH values good temperature resistance, repeatable on-line steam disinfection.
